HAKUZA Kin-no-Engiya
Here you can eat “Kanazawa tako-yaki” (octopus dumplings) in a lively festival-like atmosphere. “Kanazawa tako-yaki” is a specialty of this store, with its plump octopus and the aroma of soup stock made from seven kinds of natural ingredients. For the topping, you can choose from standard sauce, Ono soy sauce and Noto salt. Don't miss the bold performance of placing a whole sheet of gold leaf on top. There are also cute good luck items.
